Composition example. Demonstrates app/layouts/sidebar.vue — the opt-in app-shell layout. Wraps Nuxt UI 4's UDashboard* primitives; provides four named slots (header, rail-header, rail, rail-footer) plus the default content slot. Note this page uses explicit <NuxtLayout> instead of definePageMeta so the named slots' typed scope (collapsed, collapse) propagates.
